What MPEG decoder in Pan. RA-60?

Does anyone know if this discontinued (but desired by me) machine has the "GOOD" decoder that is used in the RP-82/CP-71 or the "Lesser" decoder used in the RP-56/62? How is the interlaced picture compared with the RP82?
