advice for decent budget home theater

i live in an apartment, and i can't dedicate an astronomical ammount of money to a home theater, but i collect and watch alot of dvd's and have always been into nice stereos and currently i have a home recording studio and that's it, no regular stereo, let alone a home theater, my theater now is a 27" jvc tv and a sony dvd player.
i was thinking of possibly getting:
a toshiba 42H82 hdtv
a denon avr 3803 reciever
a denon dvm 4800 5 disc dvd video/audio, cd player
and some paradigm speakers for fronts, rears, and center and a velodyne sub
any other bang for the buck suggestions anyone can give me? i definatly want a 16:9 hdtv and would really like a dvd changer (especially one that plays dvd audio discs).
