DVD players

I recently purchased a Sony 36" flat screen TV(kv36f300). So it is time for a good video source. My first thought was the Toshiba SD-2800($109.00). I have heard excellent things though about the Panasonics, which I always thought as lesser than Sony and Toshiba. So I have looked at there products and wonder is the RP-62 the best it is a little more than I wanted to spend. What are the differences between the RV-32($92.00), CV-52($149.00), and RP-62(129.00@ Best Buy*); is it just there added features or will it affect quality of picture. Has anyone seen or used Mitsubishi DVD players, namely, the DD4030($99.00).

How is the sound out of theses players, music is a large portion is there one to lean towards?

I shop at Abt Electronics (local store and online retailer).
*The RP-62 price will be honored at Abt even though they are selling it for more because that is there excellent customer service.
