I have been interested in this set also for the past few weeks. I finally found 6 consumer reviews on the Samsung 4216 at bizrate.com. All six reviews gave the set five stars.
I compared this set agains the hitachi 43", toshiba 42", and a sony. This set appears to have the best picture hands down. My only gripe would be that it only has 1 rear s-video input and 1 s-video input on the side of the set. I figure this won't be an issue once I upgrade to the HDTV satellite receiver.
Please let me know if you have found any other reviews on this set. I'm about two months away from the purchase, but I am extremely impressed with this set. I currently have a 32" Samsung, and it's been one of the best purchases I have ever made.
