I am having the same trouble. I bought mine on the 9th and called tech support MANY times until I got through. The woman said that a service company would be in touch with me, but I haven't heard anything yet. Just tried calling again and got voice mail. Not sure what to do about it. Actually thinking about reporting them to the BBB. Any luck on your end?
