Replaytv ir code over Echostar 6000 ???

I am attempting to get my new Replaytv 5060 to control a dish Echostar 6000 hd receiver in set up. I have to use (I think) the replay IR blaster. The 6000 recvr. rc is UHF and it does not have a serial port.
I have not been able to locate the ir blaster code in the replay setup to over ride and control the echostar 6000. I called replay tech support and they said there was nothing in their database specific for the 6000 recvr. Trial and error suggested.
Any recommendations? Is the Replaytv device ir codes not compatible with an echostar 6000? Should I return it and just wait for the new Echostar hd recvr. with tivo built in this fall?
