DVI and CRT-based RPTVs.

It appears to me that the Mitsubishi WS-65813 RPTV will represent the SOTA for 65" RPTVs before the end of the year based on my limited research (please feel free to disagree.. :) ).

If I buy this piece, which DVD players ought to be on my short list ? Is it worth it to get a DVI-capable player at this point in time (the current el cheapo crap, er crop of DVI players (Bravo D1, Samsuong (sp?) )seem to have quality and/or compatibility issues with different PJs). Not sure I want to spend the bucks on a Denon 5900; especially if I can get very good component out from a much cheaper player (using digital audio outs to decent pre/pro).
