How do I view a "video enhanced CD?"

I recently bought a CD which is supposed to also have the music video for Johnny Cash's "Hurt" on it. It is an import from Germany containing 3 audio tracks, and the video track. I can play the audio tracks fine. I have not yet been able to view the video.

I have tried on these decks:

Zenith DVB 216 DVD player
Pioneer CLD-M90 Laserdisc player
Philips/Magnovox DVD 825

The Zenith does seem to recognize the 4th track (the video one) and seems to indicate that it is playing, but I get no audio or video output using the analog outputs.

The other decks seem to see only the audio tracks 1-3, the 4th is invisible. The Laserdisc player says it is CDV compatable. The Zenith and Philips do not specifically state that they recognize CDV format discs.

Any help would be appreciated. I don't yet have a surround sound receiver that has a digital input, so I haven't tried this yet.
