yamaha rxv440

203.197.24.195

I am building a budget home theater system and am planning to go for the yamaha rx v440. Given my budget, I am planning to use my existing front speakers Dynaudio Audience 82s. The sub, rears and centers are all of different brands.

The dyn's are a difficult pair to drive (4 ohms, 86 dbs). Will the yam's do justice to them. They are quoted at 75 w rms at 8 ohms. I will use the speakers as small and the bass (90 hz and below) will go to the subs. All the other speakers are 8 ohms. Will this tax the yams or the dyns or cause damage?

I will test out the config myself but would also get your perspective on this. Thnx.
