Yes they do exist, but I know of no currently produced models. I have used the Rotel RDA-975 and one of the Sony decoders with good results. These are available secondhand for a reasonable cost. It should be noted that some of the decoders (such as the Rotel) do not allow for channel level adjustments which then must be made at the preamp or amp. Good luck!
