Thoughts on Onkyo (not integra) vs. Marantz receivers

Any thoughts?

I currently own a Marantz SR7000, but would like to step up to a receiver with component video switching. I've never owned an Onkyo product, but the price/feature ratio seems quite high.

I am considering either the TX-SR701 or TX-SR601.

Also, is anyone familiar with the new Marantz line of receivers i.e SR6400, SR7400?
