This is one of the most debated topics of plasma screens. I honestly don't know the answer, but I have a feeling that the risk is greatly overstated.

If you want a really informed answer, breeze on over to www.avsforum.com and check out the plasma section in their display devices forum. I'm sure you'll find at least 4 or 5 threads pretty quickly that discuss this. You don't need to register unless you want to post, but you probably won't even need to... if you look around, all of your questions will be answered.

Another option is to go to a bar that has plasmas running all the time and ask them... They leave their sets on constantly and would probably have a good idea what logos will do to a plasma set over time. You can also get an idea on how well they hold up over time.
