Hello Ken,

That doesn't sound like a feature that can be turned on or off,...sounds like a mechanical problem or corrupted firmware. Have a look at the company website, they might offer firmware downloads.

If they do, you download it, transfer the downloaded files to a CD-R and then put the CD-R in the RP-91 - From there it should recognize the firmware update program and automatically re-intall it's firmware (i.e., opperating software).
