Re: Widescreen TV

It depends... Some 4:3 programs look fine in wide-zoom and for others I set the TV to 4:3 with the bars on each side. I have another TV that I normally use for my day to day casual consumption of junk like the news, weather report, etc. The 16:9 screen is used mostly for viewing DVD's and HDTV broadcasts which are in a widescreen format.
