Re: Difference between Y, Pb, Pr and Y, U, V DVD Component Input.

Hi,

I've never seen a combination of Y Pb Pr and Y U V in analog equipment, but I do understand the colorspaces on computer. In computer they are "sometimes" identical. The problem comes with there being 2 different specs for Y Pb Pr.

I would suggest that they will work. Pb is the same as the U channel, and Pr is the same as the V channel. As the other poster says -- if they are color coded the same, you can't really go wrong.
