Water Cool A Tivo?

Due to a recent move, a portion of my living room is now doubling as a listening "room". My Tivo makes too much fan noise for my taste and I've been told by the manufacturer that disabling the fan will result in bad ju-ju. Have any of you modded to water cooling? Thanks in advance.
