I've been searching for a quality pre-amp/pro under $3200. I started at the lower end ($2K)looking @ Rotel, Acurus & Adcom offerings. After really listening and looking at features I decided to go a little "higher end" with a max limit of $3200.
At this point I'm weighing the pros/cons of ea the Theater Grand & AVC 2500 and have yet to come away w/a clear cut choice. (I do know Carver is soon to release a new version w/better base mgt) I am interested in anyones experiences/opinions of either or both.
My priorities are 75% audio/25% HT.
I've just installed Vandy2Ce sigs.
New Amp to be determined (140 watt X 5 minimum).
Source components being upgraded/to be determined. (sorry not much help)
