I'm in the market for a 27" TV. I Went to one of the local electronics stores (in Toronto) to have a look at the 27" Sony Wega and the 27" Samsung Tantus. The Tantus seems to have a more detailed picture (a la progressive scanning). The Wega has nice colour but doesn't have the detail of the Tantus. I'll probably end up going for the Tantus. But I'd really appreciate some feedback from other Tantus owners. And a short explanation of what this progressive scanning is all about would be much appreciated.
