I have my sub connected across the L/R pre-outs,with the speakers set to "large" and the sub set to "none",mainly so I can use a much lower crossover than the 100Hz-ish point provided by the processor. I'd assume that all LFE is sent to the sub in this config.,but I'm not sure what the DD specification is in this case.You might have better luck posting here,
