I paid 299.99 cnd for a Daewoo 6 head hi-fi VCR 3 years ago no problems, concerns, or issues great sound and picture quality however, I went to Sony DVD player and now I am so used to the DVD quality picture and sound I can't watch my VCR anymore!!!!Why don't you look into a DVD player they are so cheap now.? Even if you don't have the proper surround sound environment doesn't mean you can't buy a DVD player cheack them out!!
