Which HT preamp?

Forgive the double post, but I didn't get a reply on my previous one.

I am interested in either the B&K Reference 20 or Parasound AVC-2500 processors for both music and HT. Unfortunately, I'll be ordering either sight unseen. Has anyone had experience with both and which do you prefer?
