I will be following this up with a full review.
I decided to give the Auric Illuminator a shot with DVD's since I like it so much on CD's.
Using S-video and doubling, I noticed a bit more detail. However, using a progressive scan player into a 480p input revealed another layer of detail that was just not there prior to treatment.
Is that a cameraman's reflection in the glass during the Kevin Spacey's shower scene in American Beauty?
