Mitsubishi 73903 vs new 73907, comparisons?

I have a Mitsubishi WS 73903. It came out almost 2 years ago (February 1999). It is great, but requires an adapter before you can hook up the HDTV receiver. List price was about $8000
Next, out came the WS 73905. It does not require an adaptor.
Now, the WS 73907 is out. I has some sort of fill in for the sides during regular TV sized broadcasts. List price is $10,000.
Someone wants to buy my 73903. Is there any improvement in the new 73907 other than not requiring an adapter for the HDTV receiver (a $300 or so item), and that side fill in feature? BTW I absolutely love the 73903, great picture, no problems. If the 73907 is the same thing, I won't bother selling the 73903.
