Runco CPD-750, is it worth it?

Howdy all,
I just picked up a Runco CPD-750 for $400 from a church that had
little use for it, and little use of it.
Is this unit worth it? Or should I just move it on to someone
else that can put it to better use?
I got it with the Remote, Mounting Bracket, and few hours on it.
It's setup for a tight angle and 40' focus as it was used in a
meeting hall, so I have to figure out how to size, focus, and
converge it without the benifit of a manual.
And I still haven't even picked up a screen yet! LOL.
Any suggestions on this unit, or a good screen
would be GREATLY appreciated!
