Which TV to buy?

Here are the 3 I am considering. Panasonic CT32SF37/ JVC AV32D501 or Sharp 32NS400. Does anyone has experience with any of these? The warranty on the JVC is best. Is a 3-line digital filter that important? The Pana is the only one with it. JVC has a 2-line and Sharp only a digital filter. Best prices I have found are $760 (Pana) $600. (JVC) and $460. (Sharp). Pictures to me are pretty close. The Sharp is the only one without component video input. Any additional info. anyone could provide would be appreciated!
