Interconnect & Speaker Cable w/Proceed & Magnapan?

I'm looking for suggestions on interconnects & speaker cable for all 5 channels in this HT/Audio listening system and any advise on wire end connecters? I've never really purchased any kind of high quality cable before. I'm looking for the best products for the $$.
