DVD can not be played - Need Help

Hi,
I got this DVD (YES - Live at the House of the Blues)brand new and played it a couple of times without any problem. Now, when I try to play it, all I got is this error message: "DVD can not be played". It's not a problem with the DVD player (I tried to play the DVD in four other DVD players and had the same problem) and it's not a question of wrong region code.
Any ideas of what is going on?
