I have a new Denon AVR-1801, that I paid $359 for, shipped, from an authorized dealer. (Important for Denon stuff)

I am very pleased with it- my previous receiver was an upper end Nakamichi SR-3A, and to my surprise, I haven't been dissapointed with the new Denon on music, and in home theater it's great!

For a really big room, you will probably need one of the more powerful Denons, but this one works perfectly for me, and you can't beat the price. . .
