Denon -v- Technics please help?

Hi,
Can anyone tell me which AV receiver is better? I'm playing about with the thoughts of buying either a Denon AVR 1801 or, the Technics SADA10 ??
I would appreciate any thoughts on this one, I'm looking for a really good sound for around $450 !!
