Bose Speakers and Denon Amp!

Would this make a good combination?

5 single Bose satellite cubes
Denon AVR-1801 with DTS, 5.1 encoding
Velodyne CT-100 Active SubWoofer

This is a for a small - medium sized room.
Mainly for movies and music.
