Lines on my TV from satellite dish

I have a problem with my Direct TV satellite dish. (Hughes receiver)
I have had a repeating horizontal line rising on my TV screen, on all inputs.
It's not real obvious, but It's easiest to see during dark scenes.

I did some trouble shooting, hooking things up differently, hooking things up one at a time and I have determined it is the satellite.

If I disconnect the cable that runs from the satellite dish to the receiver, the line will go away. I suspected a ground problem, so I went outside, cleaned and rechecked all the grounds and still had the problem.

I disconnected the ground wire from the grounding block where the cable enters the house and the lines went away.

I thought maybe my cable, which is buried, may have deteriorated, so I ran a new cable from the dish to the house. No help, still have the lines.

So it seems I have some kind of ground problem, but I'm at a loss about what to do now.
