please suggest speaker packages (movies only)

hello,

i'm looking for suggestions on speaker packages (5 plus sub) to use exclusively for watching movies. my price target is $1,000 for everything. i will be powering them with a denon avr-1700 (70x5) and source will be a pioneer dv-525 mostly. i don't listen at reference levels, but might want to get close occasionally.

i have done some research and have found the "atlantic tech. compact theater 2" for $995 at soundcity. seems like pretty good stuff for the money, a step up from the take5 setup. the take5 seems to be really popular, but it would have a hole in the upper bass which i want to avoid. i also looked at the encore sytem and definitive tech. pro cinema series. these all seem pretty nice but are a little more money and don't have real dipole rears.

please make other suggestions as i have only looked at a few possibilities. mail order would be nice, but not necessarily essential. again, music reproduction is not important, as this will be taken care of with a separate system.
