I wouldn't try it if I were you

The CRT has an anti-reflective coating on it, which is probably what got scuffed (not the glass). If you try to use any sort of cleanser (which are mildly abrasive), you will make the problem worse. A "scratch sealer" won't be the same as the anti-reflective coating, so you will have a spot on the TV that reflects differently than the rest of the television, and will be quite noticeable. Depending on how bad the scuff in the anti-reflective coating is, a repair attempt could stand out much more than the damage.

If the scuff really bothers you, you should contact Loewe, or your Loewe dealer for advice.
