Recommendations on RPTV's

TVs, VCRs, DVD players, Home Theater systems and more.

I am in the market for a rear projection tv, approx. 60". The people I've been talking to have pushed the following three sets:
(1) Mitsubishi WD-62825 (dlp) for $3299;
(2) Sony 60XBR950 (lcd) for $2799; and
(3) JVC HD-61Z886 (d-ila) for $3499.
Any comments on these sets or alternate recommendations would be appreciated. In addition, does anyone know how the newer Sony 3LCD series differs from the XBR?
