Consider your PC if you can install a DVD drive. You may already have a DD5.1 capable soundcard. There are video cards with DVI and/or component video. You may end up doing some shopping for quieter fans and PS units, but these are not terribly expensive.

The only thing you miss will be SACD since I don't think there are ANY optical drives available for PCs that handle this.
