Which processor? Meridian, Outlaw, etc.??

Hi everyone--I mostly spend my time in the hi-eff speaker forum so I'm new to video. I'm putting together a home theatre system. My question is what processor to go with. I'm considering the Meridian G68 XXV. Tonight I came across the Outlaw 990. It was being compared to the Lexicon MC-12. It seems that the Outlaw is about 99% of what the Lexicon is. Which means the Meridian isn't much different. I know the Meridian has room correction, Windows interface ,excellent bass management, etc. But how good does it sound as compared to the Outlaw? What I don't like about the Meridian is that it converts all analog input to digital and back to analog. In my world that is s no-no. I will be using it for music/video 50/50% of the time. So my question is is the Meridian really worth the extra $$.

The speakers I'm using are Powered M&K S-150's(proversion). Along with dual M&K subs. I'll be using only balanced inputs. www.mksound.com

Thank Ray
