Discussion of prices & coupons allowed?

I notice that over at AVS Forums discussion of prices of equipment and discount coupons is not allowed (perhaps because it would upset some of their commercial sponsors).
However, frequently, price discussion is relevant and THE main interest of many of the posters.
A reading of the Audio Asylum rules seems to indicate that we do not have a prohibition against discussing price & discount coupons of equipment. Am I right?
If so, I propose that we discretely re-direct those posters from AVS Forums who want to discuss price/coupons to this venue.
