If it isn't a tiny room, I'd go 40 or 42... Most brands and technologies have their strengths and weaknesses. Most are good enough that they would make you happy, but take some time and you can find one you'll really like. I think this is a largely personal matter. Some people get nuts
over Moire effect, others are bothered by overrich reds. I dislike motion artifacts.
