RE: Huge Echo


Check your TV owners manual and see if the default sound setting is one of the simulated surround sound modes. There probably other settings on the "audio" menu of the TV, ie standard stereo. Try them all and see if the setting makes any diffreence.

There is probably a menu key on your TV remote. Hit that and then go to the audio sound menu. I'm not sure what Sanyo might call this, but on my Sony there is a choice of three "effects", true surround, simulated surround and off. The latter should be standard stereo.
