Philips LCD any good?

Long time audioasylum user, firs time video poster. I'm building a home theater set up and am wondering about the TV. I'd like to know if Philips LCD TVs are any good. I am specifically speaking of this model number: 42PFL7422D. I will be using it mostly for HD DVD playback. I am using a Pioneer DV-79AVi DVD player right now. If anyone has any other manufacturers in mind please let me know. Thanks much.
