Denon AVR-3801, 3802, and Denon 3803 are all very good (AVR-3300 is as good too, but its 5.1). Should find them in the range of $200 to $400 if you watch Craigslist.com and Ebay.

You can use the Denon as a processor/pre and let your tube amps drive some or all of the speakers (or not).
