That list seems to give the rankings of players listed in DVD PLAYERS AND RECORDERS where the Toshiba HD-A30 doesn't appear to be listed from what I see.

It is listed in ELECTRONICS however where it is the only player to break into the top 30 at number 23, with no BluRay players to be seen.

Crazy way of catagorizing 'competing' players by Amazon and one wonders if it's purely accident to keep the best selling HD-DVD player off the top of the DVD player ranking list, but even so it's obvious that the HD-A30 is the best selling High def source component out there by some margin - at least from Amazon.
