Suggestions for 5.1 music?

I'd like to get some suggestions from people who have purchased DD or DTS music/concert disks, preferrably with video, that you'd recommend buying. So far, I only have six:

James Taylor, Beacon Theater - I'm a long time JT fan
U-2 Rattle & Hum - so far, this is my favorite
Madonna - the Immaculate Collection (bought to play at a party)
Michael Jackson - Video Greatest Hits (bought for the party)
Ted Hawkins - Amazing Grace
Livingston Tayor - Ink (JT's brother? Sounds like him)

Please, no flames re these. But, I really would appreciate any suggestions as to other music/video disks to check out. Thanks!!
