RF interference? Any help, please.

I´m experiencing a problem that may be RF interference, but I´m not sure yet. I first noticed the problem while watching the Delos “DVD Spectacular”: at the “1812 Overture”, I noticed that, on the “crescendos”, it was clearly visible something like a spot, or phantom image, or dark flame (I can´t describe exactly), moving vertically along the centre of the TV screen, from bottom to top. Also noticed the same problem with the “True North” DVD (Miramar), which combines extremely calm images with strong electronic music. I repeat, the phenomenon is only visible at the louder musical passages, and with the volume knob cranked up. Turn the volume down and the phenomenon disappears.
First I thought it had something to do with overcharge on the AC circuit, plugged the TV in another separate circuit and nothing changed.
Then I thought it was the DVD Player, borrowed one from a friend and the problem remained. By the way, also noticed the problem while listening to loud music through the CD Player with the TV turned on (and there´s no any connection between my CD player and the TV).
The DVD player is connected directly to the TV with S-video cable, so the video signal doesn´t pass through the audio system (also replaced the S-video cable and nothing changed).
My current system includes Adcom GTP-550 preamp/processor and Rotel power amplifiers. Borrowed a preamp from a friend and, again, the problem remained.
Interconnects are Tributaries, XLO/VDO, AudioQuest and Monster Cable.

If you can, please help me to solve this problem.

Thanks in advance.

Demetrio.
