Optoma HD70 and Toshiba HD-A2 HD-DVD Player

198.161.238.18

I have an Optoma HD70 projector (is 720p native) and a Toshiba HD-A2 HD DVD player. I am currently feeding the projector a 720p signal by having the HD DVD player perform the conversion. Is the converter in the projector better or worse? Should I let the projector do the conversion? I can't do a proper comparison because I have to stop the player and change the resolution setting so by the time I view the image again, I really can't see if there was any true difference. What are your guys experience?

Thanks.
