HDMI to DVI adapter. I can't even find the name of the manufacturer (just looked on the box); got it on the used market (thanks, Auph !).

Now I need to find a suitable Toslink (optical) switcher. No one seems to want to use RCA digital outputs nowadays and with only one (1) Toslink input to my ancient pre/pro....
