Just received my deck last week. It played fine on the Star Trek blu-ray disc and a couple of regular DVD's. Tried to crank it up last night and it will play the promos for upcoming movies. But when it gets to the feature and "play" is pressed, nothing. Pressing the play button on the deck itself doesn't work either. I called Panasonic tech support and they were no help. So, it's back to the dealer and this time I'm going for a Sony.
