Samsung plasmas are notorious for their buzzing. The company has done nothing to fix it; therefore, I must presume they consider it a feature. I haven't heard of them getting worse (ie, louder) over time, but they don't get any better.

It's been going on for years with them, but here's the latest on Samsung's
