I've been with Netflix for ten years and have been generally very pleased with the company.
But now they charge you extra for blu-rays...ok, it's not that bad, but still.
Prolem is, they CHARGE YOU FOR BLU-RAYS AND SEND YOU DVD'S.
My two favorite shows, and two of the MOST POPULAR shows on tv are 'House' and 'Supernatural'.
These are both available on BLU-RAY. BUT NOT FROM NETFLIX. YOU PAY THE BLU-RAY SURCHARGE BUT THEY SEND YOU DVD'S.
This is such bullshit. It's not like they're not rolling in the dough. They are loaded. The founders of this company are bloody millionaires and they can't spend an extra ten bucks per box set to get people the blu-rays they are paying for??????
