...what size works for me by going to a store and looking at various screen sizes from the distance it will be at home. After awhile it becomes obvious what size is comfortable to my eyes. Of course, it is usually necessary to diplomatically tell the salesperson to go help other customers and leave me alone until I ask for his/her "assistance" later.
